Are the legendary Yeti alien beings? An alien spacecraft has crashed near the Tibetan holy city of Llasa. Dr. Cassidy and Capts. Graydon and Griff, who've been sent to investigate, meet the Dalai Lama at the crash site where they discover giant footprints which they assume to be those of the Yeti . . . The Abominable Snowman. Through a chain of events, we, along with our cast of characters, examine the logical thesis that the Yeti are, indeed, beings from ALIEN WORLDS.
An alien space craft crash lands in the Himalayas, 100 miles south of the capitol of Tibet. Maura, Jon and Buddy have their vacations interrupted and are ordered to go and investigate the situation. As they investigate, they hear the cries of the Yeti, the abominable snowman.
One last time in this episode, Roger Dressler twice tells the listeners how to obtain a booklet of 9 illustrations of Alien Worlds by sending in two candy bar wrappers and 50 cents. Every episode sent to radio stations came with two promo spots for the show. One of those promo spots also provided the address for the souvenir booklet.
This last broadcast story continues with one of the general themes of the entire series that humanity can help themselves and others. The cast shows compassion for others and aliens. They also show that people can make mistakes, even terrible mistakes, but can try to make amends and be forgiven for those mistakes.
Unfortunately this is the last broadcast episode from this fabulous series. It is a well written, acted and produced science fiction radio show.
The last broadcast line of the series is from Roger and he says the
following: "And so, until next week, this is Roger Dressler inviting you
to our next adventure from the elsewhere and else when of Alien Worlds."
